Parnassos Vegetables nutritional informations

Parnassos Veggie products are the only products in the Greek and European markets made of fresh, natural vegetables and not from dehydrated or reconstituted powders. The consumer can easily understand this by their appearance, texture and taste.
The percentage of vegetables in these products exceeds 76% while the remaining percentage concerns the crust made from breadcrumbs.

The blend of various vegetables consists of peas, carrot, corn, round beans, red pepper, green pepper and onion. We only sourced from certified and approved suppliers, that meet all the specifications required by law.

We all know the high nutritional value of vegetables as they provide our body with rich nutrients such as potassium, beta-carotene (precursor of vitamin A), magnesium, calcium, iron, folic acid (a vitamin), vitamin C, E and K, antioxidants and fiber.
