Method of preparation
No need to thaw. Just remove the Handmade Chicken Schnitzel from the package and cook it!
Frying pan or fryer
Preheat the oil to 170° C. Put the handmade schnitzel in the fryer or pan. Fry for about 5-6 minutes, alternating both sides. After frying, allow the chicken to cool for 2 minutes before cutting. Fillets become crisp and juicy without absorbing oil.
Oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the handmade Chicken Schnitzel in a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for about 20 minutes, turning once.
